Super Strong Carbon Bicycle Fork
We have designed a standout carbon gravel fork that is strong enough for heavy and/or aggressive riders, or for loading a bike down with gear. This fork has superior braking performance, optimal tire clearance, and a long enough steering tube to fit even the tallest people out there. The Zinn Duro carbon bike fork is a testament to our dedication to quality engineering and craftsmanship. This fork is designed and manufactured to be the world's strongest carbon fiber bicycle fork. It works for riders of all sizes. It is ideal for big and tall cyclists, e-bikes, tandems, touring bikes, gravel bikes, and bike packing. Discover a carbon gravel fork with a reinforced extra-long steering tube, super beefy fork legs, and a larger brake rotor compatibility.
450mm Reinforced Steering tube
The Zinn Duro features a 450mm long steering tube with extra-thick carbon fiber, designed to be strong enough for very tall riders even with extra tall headset stack heights*. The steering tube is tapered and can be cut to any custom length. It is about 30% thicker than all other leading manufacturers' steering tubes.
Ultimate braking performance
This durable carbon gravel bike fork uses a flat mount brake system designed for larger rotors than any other flat mount compatible carbon fork on the market. It works seamlessly with a 160mm or 180mm rotor and is compatible with any flat-mount disc brake system (the most common brake system for road and gravel bikes). If you want even more braking power than you get with the 180mm rotor, we also sell HOPE RX4+ 4-piston brake calipers which can be interchanged with any Shimano or Sram flat-mount brake caliper to provide incredible braking performance.
Increased Performance
The fork legs of the Zinn Duro are built with an extra-large cross section and a thicker carbon layup for ultimate strength and stiffness. This adds to its vibration-damping characteristics, meaning you get the strongest carbon gravel bike fork with the smoothest ride quality.
More Versatility
This fork is designed to work with a wide range of bicycle tires up to 45mm in width or as narrow as 30mm, which means you can run this fork on a disc brake road bike or on an adventure gravel bike. It has rack and fender mounts making it perfect for touring and bike packing.

This is a great fork!
I stepped up from the KHS 747 last year to a clydesdale which includes the duro fork. The KHS had a regular steel fork which was ok, but this is definitely an upgrade.
I like that I can use it for both road and gravel tires and both fit great. I do mostly ride biking but have done a bit of gravel riding as well, and this is much more comfortable than what I was used to and seems built to take all kinds of abuse! As an example I took the bike up Mt. Evans/Mt. blue Sky which is the highest paved road in America, and the decent is known for having massive road damage from permafrost and the ground ocntinually freezing/thawing, so you'd be descending at 20-30mph and suddenly hit a massive gap in the road which would just about knock you from the bike... but this took it like a champ!
I have no concerns about the durability of the fork (or the bike as a whole) and look forward to many more adventures.
I stepped up from the KHS steel fork to the Duro carbon fork. It's been great! I use my bike mostly for road biking but I have done some gravel with it and I've done some very rough roads on it - like Mt. Evans/Mt. Blue Sky in Colorado which is the highest paved road and which is practically known for the awful shape its in - permafrost and years of freezing/thawing has caused massive bumps and gaps in the surface that they just don't repair and decending it's not uncommon to be going 20-30mph and hitting some of these at full speed, just about enough to knock you off the bike if you aren't paying attention... knock you out of your senses, anyway! The duro has held up perfectly well and is much more comfortable than my previous fork (which also, to be fair, was just fine!). Some other big advantages over hte previous fork are the ability to run both road and gravel tires and they both fit great, and it looks sharp too! Happy to have it!
I’m so glad I got this fork from Zinn Cycles. So strong and light, secure at high gravel speeds, and I really like how it will last a long time. They showed me their research and how they designed one of the strongest, if not the strongest, carbon fork on the market. As a big and tall rider, I don’t want any doubts about my fork, and this fork delivers.
