Seatpost slipping down into your frame while you ride? Problem solved! Our friction clamp installs directly on your seatpost just above the frame and adds the right amount of extra friction to prevent seat post slippage. This has proven to be effective for very heavy riders, up to 450lbs. 

The friction clamp works great for dropper seatposts as well which require low torque from the main seatpost clamp to prevent performance issues with dropper post activation and retraction. The Friction clamp can be clamped around the dropper post body just above the frame and torqued to 5nm. This combined with the correct torque on the main seat post clamp will prevent your post from sliding down into your frame if that is a problem you have. 

• Works on any seatpost from 29.8mm to 31.6mm diameter
• M5 bolt. 4mm allen wrench required. 
• 5nm torque recommended
